I’m the founder of Oz Way Up and a passionate recruiter with strong experience in the mining, oil, and gas industries — covering onshore and offshore roles across Australia. As a certified career coach, I combine my industry knowledge with practical coaching tools to help first-time job seekers build the skills and confidence they need to land their first FIFO job.

Here is a fun fact about me: I was born in Sydney and raised in Argentina, for those reasons I truly understand how hard it can be to start fresh in a new country — especially when English isn’t your first language. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping others overcome those same challenges and making FIFO jobs more accessible for people ready to take the next step.
